Lodging Properties Group, LLC (“LPG”) is a real estate investment and development firm focused on the hospitality industry. LPG’s Principals have over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development, management and financing of hotel properties.
LPG and its affiliates provide financing and develop, acquire and operate hotels for their own portfolios. LPG and its affiliates will contract for providing these services to select third party projects.
While hospitality is LPG’s primary focus, the Company does engage in other types of real estate development, especially when there is a hospitality component.
