WV Hotel Investments, LLC (“WVHI”) is a West Virginia Limited Liability Company formed in 2008, under the sponsorship of Lodging Properties Group, LLC (“LPG”), for the purpose of developing hotels primarily within the West Virginia Technology corridor which follows Interstate 70 from Wheeling to Interstate 79 at Clarksburg. The present goal is to develop four hotels over the next two years.
