Centurion Hospitality Services LLC (“CHS”), successor to Centurion Management Company, Inc., was established in 1985. The Company is managed by Randy Miller. CHS is an approved Marriott developer and operations manager. CHS provides a full range of hospitality development services, including hotel operations and asset management services. In addition to providing these services to the hospitality industry, the company provides similar services for mixed-use developments, primarily when there is also a hospitality component included. Centurion has developed hotels in West Virginia, metropolitan DC, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. The Company currently manages properties in West Virginia.
