Randy Miller serves as a Managing Director in charge of Development and Operations. In addition to these duties at LPG, Mr. Miller also serves as the Managing Director and Asset Manager for Centurion Hospitality Services LLC.
Mr. Miller is also a Director and Treasurer of Hospitality Development Corporation and a co-Managing Member of Inn Group of Fairmont LLC, and the co-developer of its Fairfield Inn and Suites, by Marriott. Mr. Miller is also the Managing Member of WHX LLC, a land development company; a Managing Member of Kingwood Development, LLC, a mixed used development, which has a wholly owned subsidiary, KD Hotel, LLC; and an officer and director of Sustainable Educational Facilities, Inc.
Mr. Miller is a former member and Vice Chair of Choice Hotel International’s Operators Council (IOC) Region IV Advisory Board, and a member of the national IOC’s Operations and Standards Committee, Sleep Inn Brand Committee, Reservations Committee, and Awards Committee.
Mr. Miller graduated from West Virginia University (BS in Finance). He is recognized by the American Hotel and Lodging Association as both a Certified Hospitality Supervisor (C.H.S), and Certified Hospitality Administrator (C.H.A).

Peter Vorris serves as a Managing Director in charge of Acquisitions and Investor Relations. In addition to these duties at LPG, Mr. Vorris also serves as the Managing Director of HPG Capital, LLC.
Mr. Vorris has held various positions in the real estate groups of some of the largest banks in the country including Wells Fargo, US Bank and Bank of America. During that period he helped finance over $250 million in residential and commercial real estate projects. Mr. Vorris was responsible for loan origination, underwriting, loan modeling and managing closing.
Additionally, Mr. Vorris worked as a consultant for a residential builder conducting market research, organizing proprietary financial models and providing financial analysis for various residential development projects on the west coast. Mr. Vorris was also a consultant on a large project in Florida providing. In that capacity, Mr. Vorris, created Executive Summaries, Sources & Uses, Proformas, Cash Flows and assisted with securing project financing.
Mr. Vorris is experienced in analyzing market trends and project viability and providing both investors and developers with recommendations on optimum investment structures and financing strategies.
